We flew to Norway to board the National Geographic Endurance, a new icebreaker built and operated by Lindblad Expetitions. We traveled across the North Atlantic to eastern Greenland. We expected more ice but were still able to view small icebergs and ice just forming on the ocean surface. We saw a few polar bears and other wildlife and visited two Inuit villages. It's a barren place, worth seeing but definitely not for living.
