As we approached Page, AZ we were welcomed by this striking sigh.

We're inside Antelope Canyon, a slot canyon created by rushing water.
Antelope Canyon sits on Navajo property. We were led by a knowledgeable Indian guide who pointed out many features of this remarkable formation.
My camera got so excited seeing these remarkable shapes and colors the shutter button couldn't stop firing away.
People have died in these slot canyons when the water from rains miles away come rushing through without warning.
These are untouched photos other than adding a little more exposure.
Nature works wonders.
Beams of light come shining through in several places within the canyon.
You can see the narrow passage way. In some places we could only squeeze through turning sideways.
